For women who have attained liberation, there are many professional exemptions available. Because women have equal rights to men, they have excellent global career possibilities via higher education. Women must embrace emancipation as an obligation. Taking a professional apprenticeship allows a woman to diversify her knowledge while also engaging socially with those around her. It also helps her to comprehend more about the profession and forms of employment in other countries, as well as the empathy of different people. Women are also overrepresented in some assets where they outnumber males. Furthermore, women are eligible, and there are rewarding career opportunities for women in countries such as Norway, Canada, and many others. Women now have more high-paying possessions accessible to them across the world. As a female ex-pat, her mental health bears the brunt of having to leave her family in her homeland, and her work-life balance suffers greatly. Prologue:
Is it necessary for men to provide freedom, or do women have their freedom? Is she born incapable of self-sufficiency? Is it necessary for women to be dominated? Many questionnaires about women, such as this one, will be created. Every woman should be financially, mentally, and physically independent.
Years passed, but something remained constant. Fighting for women's liberation has been a way of life since the dawn of time. Furthermore, that freedom must not be abused. There is no freedom for them to pursue a career or higher education in another state within their country or in another country.
Women should be able to pursue their dreams and passions with freedom. She should gain more knowledge as part of her emancipation to pursue her dream job. She has numerous options for furthering her education and pursuing a career all over the world. However, she is not allowed to relocate to another country to pursue her education or career.
We would still like to tell you about some of the things that a woman should be aware of and that you'd be aware of if you read this research article. We will inform you about global opportunities for women as well as how to deal with mental health issues. What should be done before and after visiting foreign countries as a female ex-pat? Furthermore, what about work-life balance? And how women ex-pats suffer, what they endure, and what they anticipate.
OUR PERSPECTIVE ON EMANCIPATION:
Is women's emancipation granted, or does she have to earn it from society? Humans are born with the right to liberty. Domination may be a key factor in women's ability to overcome men. In the professional workplace, women must interact with men. Influence, knowledge, and audacity are all gifts of liberty. This, however, should not be abused. Your understanding of the value of freedom determines everything in your life. Emancipation is not only to educate women but it is to express their thoughts, select their soul-mates, choose their field of interest, and choose their passion to be their carrier, not only the old-fashioned career opportunities but also entering into a Carrier where women are still dominated. For Instance: army, drivers, traveling, bikers, etc. Emancipation helps women to elevate their status as women. Also, it helps to gain access and control of all forms of resources available. It helps to improve her analytical skills very easily.
Even if emancipation is a birthright we women are still thriving to get it back. And there is a misconception about women’s freedom that being equal to men is women’s freedom. For instance, women who want to drink, smoke, and dress as they like are some examples where the misconception occurs Drinking alcohol and Smoking is an unwanted and unhealthy habit not only for men but also for women. Entering into an unhealthy habit just because they say it is easy is not right. Women need to accept their biological bodies and need to dress as per them. Comparing the dressing sense of men without accepting their physical difference is absurd. If we say that the above-mentioned points are women’s freedom then it means that we are immature.
VANQUISH MALE DOMINATION IN CAREER:
Initially, women used to understand that she is capable of doing anything she wants to achieve, Women should be persistent in their efforts only then they could reap the fruits of success vanquishing male domination cannot happen overnight. It has taken decades to freely express our thoughts on male domination. A lot of male reformers spoke out about their kind and their domination over women kind.
Now, women are entering professional life and they meet a lot of male subordinates in which some may dominate them directly and some indirectly. To overcome this she needs to have updated knowledge about the profession she has entered. Higher Education gives them more respect among their male subordinates. If you want to conquer your profession then have confidence that you are capable and don’t listen to people who dominate you by saying you cannot do this believing in yourself is the best way to overcome male domination.
FEMALE PREDOMINANCE IN THE FIELD:
We talk of male dominance in a large number of fields but the woman also dominates man men in some fields because of the fields but women also dominate men in some fields because of the field nature which suits women’s nature. Taking care of the baby is a hard task for men, so a woman can handle it much easier. Being a babysitter is a felid where women dominate. Being a kinder garden teacher is a field that needs tolerance and comforting kids and resolving disputes among them. Not only kinder garden teachers but the profession of a teacher is a woman-dominated field. You find a lot of women staff than men.
Nursing is a profession that is considered to be for women since it needs patience, tolerance, and endurance. So, not only do men dominate through their physical strength and logical thinking, even women dominate through their patience and their soft nature.
WOMEN'S HIGHER EDUCATION AND ITS IMPORTANCE:
A woman needs to get higher education after their schooling. It is mandatory to get educated in a particular field via universities or complete a diploma degree to get placed. Through education, we gain more knowledge, analytic skills, verbal skills, and also technical skills. Education is the right place where you can gain more knowledge and implement it in the professional work field.
Getting a higher education is much important nowadays because it helps you gain some knowledge about the subjects and give you some ideas by which you can connect it to a career or only for knowledge basis. But through higher education, there are more opportunities like paper works, internship projects where you can learn so many things and gain more experience. Higher education helps us to gain more respect, especially for women.

It has been proved that women are emotionally stronger than even when they face mental issues become their family bonding is greater than men.
An article written by Dr. Shawn Andrews who is a former Councils Member shared this post on the internet on Oct 9, 2019, stating that women are emotionally stronger than men even then they face mental issues because their family bonding is greater than men... But some women struggle to overcome mental illness when they want to achieve emancipation. Consistency in doing what makes you happy could help you get rid of mental illness. Find a Soulmate, who can be your friend, partner, or fiancé with whom you can spend time.
Find a new group of people where you can adapt yourself to the culture, and be a globetrotter when you become financially independent. Learning something new every day not only gives you a positive feeling but also keeps you updated.
Let me tell you about a real incident which has happened in Poland about an Indian woman who learned so many things in Poland and managed herself to live in Poland. Here is a Real Life incident about an Indian Girl Named Doreen Pinto.
“I have been living in Poland for five years now and I remember the day I arrived like it was yesterday. I came in the last week of May 2012, not knowing anyone except a Polish colleague from work. It was my dream to live and work abroad and when I was offered a job in Krakow I said yes, without even thinking twice. I had never been to Poland before and to be honest even when I had the telephone interview, I was asked what I know about Poland and at that point, all I knew was the Pope, John Paul II.
I got a relocation assignment from work, with only a job in hand and a work permit from the company. I had to take care of everything else myself, the flights and a place to stay. The flight part was easy, it was the staying part that got me worried. Luckily for me, I knew a few colleagues from Krakow and one such friend offered me her home to stay till I was able to find a place of my own.
I never thought as much about being a single Indian woman, traveling alone to live abroad. But I later realized that my friends considered me a role model, a person who had a lot of courage to make the move. The first few days of work I was on my own, as my friend was away on business trips. I learned quickly by observing and making note of the times of the bus and managed to start going to the office and to the city center on weekends, to explore this city.
To be honest, it never crossed my mind to work or live in Poland. But sometimes life has its ways. When I was younger I dreamed of traveling the world and even living abroad. So, when I was offered a chance to apply for a position in Krakow, even not knowing the challenges that lay ahead, I said a big yes! This was by far the best decision I have made. I have been living here now for five years, and I have grown to love this country so much. As far as careers go, I have been working in the same company for many years now, so the transition from India to Poland for work was easy. It is the same company values and culture. The people I work with all these years have been just amazing.
I believe that Poland has a lot of job opportunities for foreigners. The labor market is diversified. I read somewhere that Krakow, for example, is ranked the 8th in the World for Outsourcing and Warsaw is the 23rd on the list. When I first came here, I was one of the only foreigners in my team, that too from outside the EU. These days it’s common to find many foreigners within the team.
From my experience and talking to other friends who are not from the EU or Europe for that matter, it is not so easy. There are two scenarios for this to happen. First, you need to find a job and a company willing to hire you and also willing to make your work permit. The other option would be to find an agency that can help assist in this matter, as they are specialized in dealing with paperwork and all legal issues. I feel it is easier with option two for non-EU and those living outside of Europe. From India for example, such agencies usually only have offered to countries like Canada, the UK, the USA, or Australia. On your own, it may not be possible to find a job and relocate to the EU.
I love this city and I look forward to spending many more years here. Home is where the heart is. So, for me, Krakow is one of my homes now.
I know a little Polish and studied it on and off initially. As the years passed and when many foreigners joined the team, it became increasingly comfortable to talk in English. I am at a stage where I understand 60 to 70 percent of Polish conversations, except I have to focus and pay attention. I struggle to form complete sentences and even sometimes forget the words. When I am outside in shops and markets, I try to speak Polish and get by with the basics and I can see people appreciate my attempts.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
Financial management is key to achieving your dream so having a piece of good knowledge of how to save your money and invest and get returns from it is. Initially, one needs to differentiate the difference between his needs and wants. Needs are ones without which one cannot survive but wants are to make our life comfortable.
If one can understand his/her own needs and wants and start to spend the hard-earned money accordingly then he is halfway done. The half lies in how he saves money and gets returns by investing it in any stock market or government Schemes or even joining a post-office scheme. But don’t invest money without knowledge. One can make use of fixed deposits and recurring deposits to save money for future use.
FEMALE EX-PATS AND HIGHER EDUCATION:
Higher Education is not only meant for a female ex-pat but it is every women’s basic right. Pursuing a higher education makes her an empowered and knowledgeable woman. It gives her the courage to face the world. Higher Education improves one’s knowledge of a particular field so it naturally improves one’s employability standards in the specific field. They find a job easily and a wide range of opportunities they get through higher education. Higher Education is a starting step to becoming an expert in the chosen field. Female ex-pats find job opportunities in other countries easily through higher education. So, pursuing higher education makes them stable.
EPILOGUE:
We believe that we have answered the questions that we have mentioned, the questions that arose within us and you. We understand that women’s emancipation is her birthright. Accepting the emancipation of women not only lies in the hands of males but also the hands of females. Because females discourage them with old-fashioned and superstitious theories. Women criticize other women so easily. So, be the change. Emancipation gives us an opportunity for higher education and career options in other countries. Being confident is the key to success.
